My nephew, Matthew, was killed by an impaired driver in 2018. He was walking on the sidewalk with his family when the driver lost control.
Matthew was adored by his cousins, family, and friends. He was best buddies with his younger brother, Patrick. We cherish and honor his memory.
Taylor was a beautiful 21-year-old college student who aspired to become a police officer with the DC police department. She had a deep love for her furry friends and wanted to adopt all the pets from the Humane Society. On 12/7/17, a drunk driver took her life.
Amira Jennings was killed on 695 on August 13, 2020.
My 2-year-old son Sidney passed away in a tragic car crash in 2015. This loss has affected my life tremendously. At the time, he was my only son, and I live with this pain every day. Safe driving is so important. We love and miss you, Sidney Williams.
We lost my brother Andrew to a car crash at the age of 46, when his daughters were just 11 and 14 years old. He was a man of faith, a beloved father, uncle, son, brother, and friend to everyone. His kindness, work ethic, and willingness to help others will always be remembered.
On vacation in Venice, FL (for his birthday 12.03.81), left to come back home on Dec, 10, 2022. Upon leaving on SB95 an F150 speeding recklessly, from the far right lane, crossing 2/3 lanes at once, hit my son; killing him instantly. Shattering his face, where I couldn’t even have a funeral.
Brett was 32 years old when he was struck by a car while crossing the street. He was a sweet, gentle soul that lived with autism, yet he led a full, productive, independent life and was an inspiration to all that knew him.
My grandson was on his way to work when a truck ran a red light, hitting him. He was killed instantly. He was only 30 years old. We carry him in our hearts forever.
Morgan was 27 when she was killed by a truck driver charged with driving under the influence on her way home. She was full of light and loved by so many. Morgan was a daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, friend and loving infant childcare worker for many babies. She will forever be missed.
Tyler was a volunteer firefighter and EMT for three years. He was honored as Teen of The week in 2012 by the Annapolis Capital. He was killed along with his 3 friends when the driver lost control of his car, crossed the road and was hit by an oncoming vehicle. He was just 19 years old.
Janet had her entire life ahead of her. She was a High School Freshman and avid soccer player. On a Sunday morning while volunteering with friends, everything was stolen by a repeat drunk driver. Janet, our Poohbear, will forever be remembered as a happy and caring child. 1989-2003
My brother, Ben, was so funny & loveable, you couldn’t help but love him back. He loved his family, nature & his dog Barnacles. We love & miss him so much. Ben was hit by a car in 2022. We’ll never know the name of the driver who killed him but he was able to have the Honor Walk to give to others.
